PartyQueue — powered by PartyQueue

Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using PartyQueue — Operators and guests.

Don't:

  • Request, upload or associate the Service with unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or sexually explicit content;
  • Try to disrupt, overload, hack or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • Use guest song requests to harass, impersonate or identify another person without consent;
  • Use the Service to collect personal information from guests beyond what PartyQueue itself captures;
  • Circumvent subscription limits (e.g. sharing a single Operator account across an unlicensed multi-operator business).

Operators are responsible for their own event conduct, guest behaviour at their events, and compliance with any music licensing obligations (e.g. APRA AMCOS) — PartyQueue is a request tool, not a music licence.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access for breaches of this policy.
